In Jewel Quest Heritage I am in Patricia Yellowtail and have completed level 1, 2, & 4 but having trouble unlocking the locks in level 3. How do I do it?

When you have a key next to the lock, simply flip the key and the lock and it should unlock. If this doesn't work, maybe it was how I had positioned them - lock - key - square - key - lock.
I know this is a very late answer but hoping you'll still be happy with it.
A single key next to the lock, top or side needs to be drug onto the lock.
