Yeah, when you need to get the ticket for the World Series, where is the guy? I can't find him anywhere.

You go to the blue velvet scene, there you to the left hand ,just as the paper boy says, then when you are near the underground house of that ticket-guy, you have to take a stick and hit the door with it, then the paper boy will come to you telling that you have just to knot at that door, you do that and then your in, then it's just a matter to ask to this guy for a ticket.
