I downloaded my hitman 2 it's not from a cd. Anyway my problem is that I can't save when I'm still in the church I can only save when I'm on a mission is there a problem?

Dude i have the same problem! but i think tha there should be a "Save" file or something but i don't really know. I downloaded it too and i think that the installer was incomplete.
Just save over the last mission save point at the start of the final mission - don't try to create a new save point the first time you are killed or just want to save your progress - it won't work. I resaved over the last save and then the mission name 'silent assassin' appeared - just save over that every time - don't create a new one.
