Question for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

In Hermione's final exam, when she's in the room to get the last three shields, how do unlock the middle door?

I have unlocked the first and thrird doors, but can't see where the bird needs to light a fire to open the middle one.

In the final Exam for Hermonie, you have to get through te whole maze for it. When you get passed both sets of the revolving doors you enter a room that has lots of small wingspan openings. Go through the room and you will come to some that move > and

To get the second shield, you have to fly directly upwards when you fly your dragon into the section that has fences that you otherwise need to wind around.

You have to have flown through the fireball, and then when you get to that part (there is no ceiling) you fly straight up and breath fire on the dragon statue.

This will open up the second gate so Hermione can get the shield.
