The first 75 are throughout Hogwarts. Once you find the first 75, collect the free Wizard Card from Fred and George's shop and it will transport you to the Bean Bonus Room where you'll find the other 5. Go to the door to exit the level.

74 Cards in Hogwards, after you have them, go to Fred and George's shop to get 75th card. Once you collect that, you will be sent to the bean bonus room which has no timer. Collect last 5 cards from the bean bonus room and exit the bean bonus room from where you had entered.
