Question for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

I'm in the 'Shrieking Shack' and I've been trying to turn off the waterfall for days now.

How do I switch the lever?

Go to the lever and press the A button like you would when yo open up the traseuere chest to get the cards etc/,.. I have only managed to turnoff 2 water falls cant deem to find how to turn off the waterfall on the far right as yet if you find out let me know

When you are in the room with all of the water fountains, you have to go to the little room all the way to the upper left and you will find a wheel.

Press A when you get to it, then the room leads somewhere else and you will see other valves like the one you picked up.

There is one missing and that is the one you have, so when you get there press A again and it will place it there and turn the water on and then you have to use Hermione to turn the water into ice, and the room leads you to a valve like the others onthe ground and you press A and then the water for the other door is turned off.
