Question for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Hello I have a serious problem.In Hermione's challenge I simply can't get my hands on the #5 dragon card.I know where it is.It is in the golden chest in the tower from the maze.I cast the Lapifors spell ,I got in the tower and digged.But now comes the problem.Even though I digged and the rabbit "pressed" the by standing on it after digging the spell wouldn't end.Even if up until now ENTER worked just fine and ended the spell,just as I dig in the tower it no longer works.I'm STUCK AS A RABBIT.Help it's the 3rd time I take the game all from the beginning just to get it.HELP

I don't know what's wrong with that, maybe there's something on the disc, or, what's more likely, the game just has a bug in it. Try these, in order:
1)When it's stuck, press ESC to go to the menu. Press the X to go back to the main menu, then load it again. See what happens.
2)Try uninstalling the game, then re-install it.

You should also know that you don't have to start over each time.

Try it again, and if it gets stuck, go back to the main menu, then click on LOAD. Find the saved game that you want and click on the little arrow next to the title, so that a drop-down menu appears. Click on the option that says "Bookmarks" and click on the picture. It should give you a list of different parts of the game that you've already played. You can re-start from the beginning of Hermione's Challenge or a little before, instead of doing a new game.

I hope this is at least a little helpful, and I hope you get it to work.
