Help with error!

I have recently bought the game and have already completed it twice. However, for some reason unknown to me an error message has popped up just as the game begins to start up, which is stopping me from playing the game :(
The message itself says:
No Label

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 1991 MHz with 1022MB RAM
Video: RADEON X300 Series (6483)

Error setting display mode: CreateDevice failed (D3DERR_DRIVERINTERNALERROR). Please delete your Game.ini file if this error prevents you from starting the game.

History: UD3DRenderDevice::UnSetRes <- CreateDevice <- UD3DRenderDevice::SetRes <- UWindowsViewport::TryRenderDevice <- UWindowsViewport::OpenWindow <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

PLEASE help me try and fix this! :(

That is not working!
Guest answered:

Go to 'My computer', right click the cd-rom icon, and click open. Run setup, and get it installed.
If it's already installed, go to the Shortcut it makes, and right click, then go to properties, then to compatibility. Select windows 95 as the mode, and select 640x480 screen resolution. Then use that shortcut to run the game. I've gotten a similar error, and this fixed it. If it does not work, try the other compatibility modes. (tested on vista)

A bit late, but I had this exact problem as well, and it was tearing my hair out until I found the solution. After a bit of my own experimentation and trial-and-error, what worked for me was just running it on different compatibility settings. It worked on Windows 7 for me. Just right click the game's icon, then "Troubleshoot Compatibility". Don't use the recommended settings, click on the option that says troubleshoot based on what you experienced, or whatever. Next, ONLY check the box that says "This program worked on previous versions of windows, but doesn't work now", or something like that. It will then bring you to a list of operating systems. Click Windows 7, then press okay, and test the program. The imp should attack Ron as expected. If that didn't work, I'd try Windows Vista. That worked for me after nothing else did. Hope I helped. it doesn't work?
Guest answered:

I've got the fix!
Go to your Prisoner of Azkaban folder and then the 'system' folder. Find a file called 'Default.ini' and open it. Then search for the line 'RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice' and put a ';' in front of it. Then find the line ';RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice' and remove the ';'. Now the game works totally fine!

In order to save these changes you may have to open Notepad as an administrator.

In Ron's challenge after getting the 6th shield, I entered the checkpoint doorway to trigger the loading screen, but after the load Harry randomly jumps in and the game is set on him, which is problematic because only Ron can cast the Carpe R. Spell to continue the game. I tried reloading, even playing the game over until that point, but nothing works. Please help!

Guest said: 14th Jul 2016 | REPORT
I tried that but it still doesn't work :( thanks for the answer though.
Guest said: 18th Jul 2016 | REPORT
I got it working! I simply downloaded the game from a different source. All good now.
Guest answered:

I'm still experiencing this problem. I've tried to change the compatibilty settings, tried every compatibility. I've tried the troubleshoot, but still no luck. Changed the screen resolution to this very weird looking small screen, the game still won't start. And I've tried to look for the default.ini file, but it's not in the folder anywhere.
Does anyone have any other ideas for me to try, cause I'm feeling nostalgic and really wanna play the game haha... ??

I have the No Label problem, don't know what it means, tried the compatibility modes and the resolution, no luck. I am currently operating on Windows 10 and the same game worked fine for me on Windows XP and Windows 7 in the past. Any other ideas?
Guest answered:

Hey I think you gotta go to system in you're GAME file. Type in un in the search engine. You'll find this thing called 'Default'. Open it and uncomment (remove the semi-colon) in ;RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice . Hope this works for you coz it worked for me.

Guest answered:

Yes it work but opposite to what you wrote
