Gryffindor Common Room

How do I get to the Gryffindor common room? I follow the footsteps, but when I get to the Grand Stair case, the game freezes, I'm just standing in mid air.

Glitch possibly? I am not sure, maybe you are taking the wrong staircase. Maybe there is another on that you have to take that is around the corridor that you are in.

You have probably got a problem with your game. reinstall the game and try.

You just have to wait until the stairs move in de direction of the footsteps. Then you can go up to the common room.
