Keep going up all the stairs in the house and follow that awlful yelling noise, if your luck Sirius Black will follow you. Kreacher will be in a locked room at the very top of allll the stairs on your left..i did that and I couldn't help him so I went back to howarts by talking to Mr weasley...you don't have to find Kreacher if you don't want to.
Arthur weasley is in the kitchen, the room you're in at the beginning. If you go down all the stairs, turn right, go down the stairs on the left and then turn right again you will be in the kitchen. Mr Weasley is standing right in front of you.
