Yeah man I have the exact same problem, sorry I couldnt provide you with an answer but I'm currently surfing the web to find a package installer for h:ce admin pg. That should give me admin privlages. I suggest you do the same
It is a problem with your computer, not the packages. Your computer wants confirmation that you are an administrator, and will not allow you to make changes without first clarifying that you have such privileges. You need to be on an administrator account, and then it will ask you whether or not you accepted or initiated the changes. Of course, sometimes, on specific programs, it doesn't even bother to ask you whether you want to make the changes or not, instead just declining and coming up with an error. Of course, if you have an illegal version of Halo:CE, you cannot download the patch at all, therefore halting multiplayer activity.
It is Halo itself. Try downloading the patch 1.05 and install it first. Then the 1.09 (Latest)should be able to run without needing admin.
Right click on Halo CE Cracked and press run as administrator! Hope it worked.
