I tried putting "-console-devmode" after target in halo properties. When I hit apply, it would not allow it to add on. I tried clearing target and putting it in by itself also and it would not allow it. I want cheats, but can't use without help. I have windows vista if that helps you to help me. Thankyou for any assistance you can give me.
