I need help using the cheats I don't know how to do the "Hl.exe -console"

Type in exactly like this in "Run" on the start menu on the computer:

C:\Sierra\Half-life\hl.exe -dev -console
C:\Sierra\Half-life\hl.exe -dev -console -game gearbox
C:\Sierra\Blue-shift\bshift.exe -dev -console

The first one is for original Half-life. The second for Opposing force and the third one for Blue-shift. You'll know if it works if the intro isn't playing and a "Console" has appeared on top of "New game". But don't press it...you don't have to.

Now start the Hazard course/Boot camp and bring up the console screen by pressing �
Type in sv_cheats 1 and you'll be able to use the console for manipulating the game.

Check out the cheat section for this game to find most of the average cheats submitted by me and other gamers.
