This seems to be a prominent problem in the game. We found a lengthy solution but we will refer you to this video: https://bit.ly/2S6HkAl

Here's the summary of the steps:
1. Download the file given in the video.
2. Go to the game folder/directory.
3. Enter the Data Folder
4. Copy default.ide and paste it on another folder as backup.
5. Paste the file you downloaded in the first step and replace the default.ide file inside the Data Folder.
6. Launch the game, go to the pizza shop, and the bike will be replaced by a car.
