How can you unlock the "Film Studeo"? When I go to buy it it says "You can not buy the Film Studo.

First you need to accomplish the mission where you go to the mall and shoot all the glass windows. This mission occurs after you take over the mansion. Finishing this mission successfully will 'unlock' certian buildings for you to buy.
The mission you have to beat is called "Cop Land" that you get from the Vercetti Estate on Starfish Island.
First beat the mission cop land then once you beat it go back there and buy it if you have enough.
You can only buy the Film Studio after you have completed the mission 'Shakedown'.
Its not a certain mission, you just have to complete more missions.
