Yes.there is a safe house near the garbage dumpyard.
There is restaurant in gta myraid island purchase it then go to upper floor.There is a room near the piano go inside the room then you will see a tape go near then you see a save game option.
There is a restourant across the road of police station buy it . On there is one room . There is a tape and save in it . Then go to the shop where you purchase car . You find a garage when you go to back. Near garbage dump.
