There is no skip mission cheat code in GTA San Andreas, you do have to play through the missions and complete them in order to get to the next one. There is no cheat in San Andreas to complete all missions, or to skip a mission, on any system.

Players may be able to get a download of a complete game file, load it up and use that to skip through missions, but you'll be missing out on completing the game yourself if you do that. You can save game files for GTA San Andreas by making a search on the internet. Or by heading to a site such as GTA Game Saves, there you can download game save file for individual missions on the PC version of the game. Be careful with anything you download on the internet, and make sure you virus check any files you download.

We do have a great guide here:
https://www.supercheats.com/guides/grand-theft-auto-san-andreas/

Which takes you through every mission in GTA San Andreas, it's easy to follow and pretty much has everything covered in the game including all mission walkthroughs, tag locations, snapshot locations, horseshoe locations and oyster locations.

There will be tips in the guide that should mean you don't need a cheat code to skip a mission.

For experienced technical players of the game on PC (Not Steam or Console), you could try the method of 'Duping' in order to skip a mission. It's a little complicated but the full instructions are on this site: https://kb.speeddemosarchive.com/Grand_Theft_Auto:_San_Andreas/Game_Mechanics_and_Glitches/Duping

It's generally used by PC players looking to do a speed run through of the game by forcing the game to give you an easier version of the level you are on.
