I can't buy clothes in GTA SA (iOS) Glitch

I finished the game on my iPhone and it's not letting me buy clothes anymore. When I enter stores there is no red mark, and the people there are crouching down like I shot at them.

Try reloading the game from a previous save and try again.

Me too but I can't got to a previous save it will take me so long,I hope to find a way
