After the mission Nines and Aks a call will come from sweet thet now you can chage the shirt or dress and you can also go to gym.A screenshot will show you that now the binco clothes shop is open. Then you can go there and you will see a yellow marker at the front door enter the marker and you will be inside the shop the go to the red marker and you can buy clothes and the clothes will be also stored in your wardrobe at your home.
