Just stay underwater for awhile and get your lung capacity up so you'll be able to survive under the waves longer. My best advice for this would be to take a plane and fly away from the main area of the game, out into the endless oceans. Keep going for 5 minutes straight, then bail out. Swim back while staying underwater as often as possible. By the end of it, your lung capacity should be fairly high.

Put the infinite lung capacity cheat, go to the water and begin swimming underwater and it will keep showing that you're lung capacity has increased, then get outta the water and re-enter the cheat.

If you want to practice for a mission simply go by a plane to an endless ocean and swim back from the middle

First of all you will get down in water then press ctrl key he will swim in under water.for moving you can use space bar or up key.if brething power is low you may run towerds to above but do it fast unless you're player will die

Then go deep into ocean and jump out of the boat or car.
Then type:cvwkxam for unlimited lung capcity
Then go under water and continue swmming till you reach the shor
Your lung capacity,health and stamina all will increase
