You don't. This, like almost all other main missions in the game, is a must on the completion list if you wish to progress further into the game. Bit annoying, I know. So are some of the later missions.

You can't skip that mission. But you can complete it without dancing.
As you reach beach.don't talk with DJ and get into passenger side of van.don't try to open it.
Press H , your gang will come there. Then go to driver side of van. Press G and ENTER. You can't get in but your gang member can. Seeing that you can't get in.He will come out ,you keep on pressing ENTER and get in and run away to garage
