Hello I just want to know if I can make my own mods instead of haveing to download them. Ifso how can I make mods without haveing to download them.

Is there a file in the disc that says mods or something or make mods.

Or do I have to download them?.

Also I'm just wondering how do I make my own MP3 songs in the game?

If anyone knows a good place were I can find the mods please let me know.

Because I have seen really good mods on youtube and I'm wonding .if I can make new cars .homes. And change that moveing plane at that airport.

If anyone can know were they could find a Gta Sa mod for gta 3 that would be cool coz I saw a video of it on youtube.

Im buying the game tomorrow and going to make a few mods to it.
