Question for Frogger

Where is the red frog on the level Bowwow Falls? I found 2 below near the swans, one past the dogs and one on the bird ride. Can anyone help?

Get to the red frog by going past the dogs and taking the bird ride again......then jumping on the balloon that passes by.
