If you always lose, your squad selection, formation etc is completely wrong. Make sure everyone plays with high morale, they know what they're doing, and in the correct positions.

You have no idea where you're going wrong, at all?

As for the money, the board are unwilling to give you extra funds until you show what you can do. I recomend buying Sergio aguero from Atletico Madrid, he's worth it.
