A premium currency, Fate/Nex, must be purchased with real money. I have been wondering if it can be hacked with Cheat Engine

Short answer? No.
The long answer is that every bit of character data on Fallen Nexus is server side - Cheat Engine cannot actually alter anything on that side, it only works client side, so you can't really do anything with it.
