I am playing the Korean Campaign. In the first scenario I need to give food to Kunsan, but can't because I need to unlock the diplomatic state first. How do you do this>

you dont need to be an ally to do this just go under tribute. if you still cant pass it go uner chat put in: icheat then hit enter then go back under chat and enter win you will be at the next level.
Go straight to the tribute tab above! In the diplomacy section. Do not bother negotiating terms with the kunsan tribe. Go straight and send tribute while still hostile/neutral and it will successfully be passed on. Thenx
