You don't you get the key from the theif guld lady. Give the heart to the only guy in the inn at fargove, hes by the fire

Give the heart to the man who is standing next to a table in the inn and talk to the curio lady, Dahlia Irons tell her you want to join the guild of mystery and she will give you the key to the mansion, you won't be able to join really though because of the celestial order.
