Go to sir valence at oaklore keep and go to sir vey's camp site. I am not sure which two of the quest thet he has gets you the pouch of sand but the quests are short simple and easy. Any way I hope this helped Airman 94

is ur a high level go to the east(right) of sir valence then go to the catapult and guy beside it click on ruins then just kill em all. its good for lvling up too!
