Actually the real easiest way is to have a water pet a PVP novice sword staff of dagger along with two friends of yours that have dragon amulets and have water weapons as thier starting weapon

Of course have a good healer (Twilly), or a good pet, a good fighter, and someone of your choosing.
Use water or light weapons. Having magical experience helps a lot, especially if you have unlocked all of your elemental skills like fire, ice, etc. To defeat the kitten, I went to Necropolis (Easiest way to get there: Falconreach-Warlic sign-Lymcrest sign-Right-North-Dragesvale-Left-Necropolis via Gryphon) and invited Artix as one of my friends, because he has a really cool power called Holy. It's just amazing. You could invite one more person like Robina, Valencia, and I think even the Warlic! Doing the Goldfish quest in the Falconreach Pet Shop gets you a water pet that can cause something like 2-12 water damage on the kitten... And obviously you need a fairly high level, shall we say, about 8? Make sure you have leveled up your Health and Mana potion refill levels in the shop near the entrance to Falconreach! Sorry if I got something wrong, I'm doing all of this off the top of my head and I might've made some mistakes!
