erm, dragon training is for adult dragon. so your answer is... WRONG
o6doom answered:

I you are talking about the baby dragon after you spend the money for growth (dragon amulet needed) then your dragons hp are 1/10 of yours. Make sure that you summon it after you have all of your END gear on as it will get a slight boost. As for the adult dragon, I'm not entirely sure and I don't want to send you on a wild goose chase.

None of you guys are right you're dragons hp are linked to you're characters and the only way to increase beside leveling up is to put you're stats on end which stands for endurance and I know It works but note that that many hp points you're character obtains that's how much you're dragon obtains my character had 720 hp at first and after I but it all my stats on end (130)and got 620 hp and my dragon now has 10620 hp.

My dragon has that exact same amount and I only have 35 END. I think it is either static or based on his generic skill evolution. In other words you are stuck with it and hae to be a master tactician or lucky or just grind on Dragonrider training.
