Im currently in the battle tower, I'm trying to find out the name of the demon that I need to summon. It says that Erlking knows the name but he is mute and when I talk to him nothin and I have read his mind and he whats to read Gothe's ballads tonight. So what do I do next?

It might be a ridle so I guess his name is Gothe or the name is in the book Goth's ballads only guessing but worth a try lol.
Once you read his mind and it says goths something or other you go over to the book case behind the desks and select the book and it will open up a secret wall and behind it will we a lock box on the desk and you will get the key for it on the next floor up off of the abomination master after you get the key go back down to the lock box on the floor below and in the box will be the contract for the soul forge and in it you will get the name of the demon and I suggest that you go out of there and finish the rest of the quests if you have any to turn in because after you try and defeat the demon you will not be able to finish any of the quests that you were holding....thats the best I can give you I am stuck on the demon right now because I do not have enough healing potions
The demon's name is RAZAKEL. But you can't move on in the game until you read the book about him because the game assumes you don't know it.
look around until you come to bookshelf click on the book and then something will happen, then hes notes will appear, read them
when you go to the bookcase the book is out of eyesight on the list you have to keep going down till you get to goths book. i missed it by not going all the way down and didn't know what to do.
I have the dragon scales what do I do now ?
There is a bookshelf in the room with him and after you read his mind and find out that he wants to read that book you go to the bookshelf and the book is their read it and the wall will vanish inside that room will be the name af the demon you need to summon
