Where is the stone of jordan ring, can it be crafted, or is it a quest item I may not have come across yet?

The Stone of Jordon(also know as an soj), is a unique item that drops randomly like everything else in the game. It is a level 29 ring, and it gives 1 to all skills and some other things. You might be able to find it in act 4 or 5 in Normal. More than likely it will drop somewhere in Nightmare and probably Hell, since Hell will drop items of all levels.
