Totally stuck on case 2

Ok, Im on case number 2. Im so stuck! I have all evidence ( ring, cat hair, papers from dumpster, cloth from barb wire, cigarette butts, broken bottles, and shoe prints from asylum). I go to the lab to combine fingerprints from bottle, and spray can, and worrick says "those don't go together". Umm, ok. Than, I go to asylum and try to get serial # from wheelchair, and I am unable to get it. Is there something I need to find, before I am able to pull up the number? Also, how do I get clair in for questioning? I have restarted this case twice, thinking that I am missing something. Can someone please help me???

Ok.. First want you going to do is combine 3 pieces fingerprint(1 in spray can, 2 in glass).. Don't miss it to combine the glass, soo you can get the fingerprint..

For the wheelchair, want you going to have is:
1.fingerprint
2.name of hospital
3.serial number near / under the fingerprint..

For clair, what you need is check every location..
From the restaurant, pawn and etc..

And then you must check all evidence in the lab..

!if you already found the ring and shirt.. Check the shirt again and you will find 2 evidance.. And the ring, go to Claire house(if you already have warrant) and see JJ.Thomas's tie @ photo!
