I have some problem with all my downloaded maps on CSS. 99% of the textures are a pink and black checkered pattern!! How do I fix this if you need pictures email me [email protected]

This means you don't have the right textures. I downloaded a map for garrys mod and it had the same problems. Google for counter-strike texture downloads. If you find the textures for your maps texture file you got it.
Or you don't have the models for the maps so it's in original untextured models
