Does anyone know how to complete the level chrono storm for the allied campaign? Sometimes if i'm lucky I can build a weather controller and use it once but then they destroy in along with my basewith their nuke and tanks.

I always build as many Airforce Command centers as I can and send about 16 jets to destroy the Nuke Silo and the Iron Curtain as fast as possible. You'll lose several jets, but it will pay off in the long run. Get engineers into the oil pumping stations as quickly as possible to help out on money. Make sure you space out your A.F.C. Centers so that one nuke won't take them all out. Make sure to garrison as many buildings surrounding your base as possible.
I built always first the chronosphere it's not as
Exspensive as the weather controler so jou got more time.
Then you built 4,5 or 6 prism tanks .
When the cronosphere is fully charged send your tanks into the enemy base.
Richt on a acopolipse.(if this is possible)
Then distroy the Nuke and Iron.
Meanwhile if you are charging the cronoshpere you attack the
2 Nukereactors in the west.
So if you are lucky the power of the hole base is gone than attack whit
Prismtanks and distroy only the buldings!

All you have to do is build one (or more) chrono legonaire (proberbly spelt wrong :P) aswell as you normal base defences, ane have him/them take out the red nuclear power plants untill the superweapon counters stop counting down (you might have some trouble with the one near the kremlin, since nearby tanks some times come to get you), then take out the black one to disable the black tesla coil. After that you will have to take out the black tanks, do this by chronospere or just chrono legonaire (again, sorry about spelling) and the rest is easy!
Just send a crono troop to the left side of the wall neer the kremlin
A apocolips tank wil attack him but your crono troop wil be the one who destroy's the apacolips.
Send like 2 or 3 more crono troops to there and they wil be easily able to destroy the nuke silo this also works on the iron curtus cause the black units don't attack you inles you get to close to the kremlin.
To defend against Nukes, just get a chrono legionnaire to force fire on your war factory, as that is what they usually go for. Oh and build your war factory away from the rest of your base, to save damage to other structures.
