I know this might be a stupid question but is there a US unit that can capture unmanned enemy vehicles (say a driverless quad cannon or rocket buggy)? How about GLA or China, do they have such a unit?

If the vehicle is unmanned(neutral) just send a ranger into it

Any infantry unit from any race can get inside and capture a neutral vehicle
