In which program do you play? Gameranger, Hamachi, Tunngle?

If you'e using gameranger, you need to completely close tunngle and hamachi if you have them. Also if you have hamachi you go to Control PanelNetwork and InternetNetwork and Sharing CenterChange adapter settings -> Right click on hamachi -> Disable.

When you go back to hamachi for instance, you just enable it.

Also keep clicking join room. Sometimes just connection problems and after some clicks it lets you in.
