How exactly do you unlock General Leang and what can you use her for in the game?

ANSWERS

Ok there is no way to !unlock! Her without downloading a mod
But you can play as her for a little while if you Beat chalenge and battle and capture her command center,(dont destroy all of her buildings)

There is some way if you download final Big and fix it to allow her to be played (youtube it, look for the channel called doggyhead)

Very easy way from final big go to the challenge mode.ini and the go to generalpersona9 and then edit the following
Origional = (StartsEnabled = no)
Edit it into this = (StartsEnabled = yes)

Download FinalBig and alter her code, which can be found under GeneralPersona9, then she should appear on the drop-down menu where you choose your faction for multiplayer/skirmish. Then have fun playing with the arsenal of all three main factions (USA, GLA, China)
I do not know if you are able to get the powers of the other special factions (Granger, Tao etc.) but I do not think you can since she is a separate general.
