Not cheats, no, there are unlockables and walkthroughs.

There are also Mods for the game which help with benefits etc.

The closest thing to cheats would be Trainers, these can be detected by anti virus software as malicious but they're fine**. Search online and make sure you have the correct version for the correct game. I.e: Trainer V1.00 for GeneralsZH v1.04.
Tainers are usually written with "+#" as for the number of options they contain.

** I have been informed that there is one user uploading a "+3" Trainer under different user names. The way to detect this threat is to run a search for the "*username*".dll after use and if found remove with haste. In order to find these files the settings may need to be enabled in the folder options of Control Panel.
