How do I get the aircraft carriers and battel ships beacause I can't find where they are built?

You cannot build water units in zero hour. Although many mods do make ships, B-52s, A-10s and so on available for building at war factory or air field.

You can but have to remove the carrier run way module tag and replace with airfield tag instead because game will crash every time you're trying to build it Lastly you will be able to place the carrier and use it attack someone as you like however the animation of carrier is sucks
