How do you get 1 million starting cash on a skirmish level I can't defeat the hard armys without it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, there is no specific cheat, but there is this program called cheat engine. Google it. You can use it to cheat in almost any game, but not online.
So easy when brutal is my enemy but use cheat engine go you see on your left you see a green computer click and go to your game and your starting money is 10,000 go to cheat engine and type 10,000 then go back to the game and build a power source if your china your money will be 9000 if USA 9500 if GLA 8500 then type you see two same numbers green and no color click the two number then click the clicked numbers below click the same cash you see on your left the type 99999999 easy!
