Get the missing poster from the rooky agent, get a bucket from the beach and fill it with snow from snow forts, give both items to the puffle in the stage (you will need to play the piano with the music sheet that you find in the pizza shop) and he will make a gear for you but it is still not ready. The snow gear is too soft, so take it to the gaget room and put it on the convayer belt on the gaget tester, pull the leaver to get it inside and push the buten with the snow flake above it to freaze it, pull the leaver to get it out and there you have it! A makeshift gear

Get the poster from Rooky go to the beach go to snow forts,then play the sheet that you find in the pizza parlor and give the puffle both of the items that he needs hell make some gear that wont be finished because it's too soft so put it on thee conveyor belt in the gadget room pull the lever and click the snowflake then pull the level again and there you have it
