Supposedly there is a cheat to get more money after the second campaign but it has never worked for me and I don't really think it's needed in this game. If you build to fast, you won't have anyone to work and are wasting money and space before you can see what you really need. I usually play the middle difficulty level and that seems to be just enough to keep a good pace.

There is a cheat code for this game but I don't know how to enter it

There is one but the problem is that you can't use it because it requires you to put a town center down during the third level but you already have one down and you can't put another
