Can someone tell me how to make your own army up?

Youhave to bild a garrison (fort). The garrisonis only available in battle campaigns (you will get your first one after your first 4 or 5 campaigns). Each garrison has it's own "platoon" of troops. After your buld the garrison, the troops will start to fill up the fort and be trained. Once you dispatch them to a battle, you can change their formation based on what battle tactics you need. The one I use the most is the "turtle shell" (don' know the actual name) to get close to enemy troops when they are firing arrows at you. You have to build multiple garrisons to get multiple platoons to dispatch into battle.

To make an army first you need a fort, you find this in the icon with the swords. To get more units you must get weapons; swords and spears. To make swords and speers the resorces needed are iron and wood, then next to each extract put a weapon making facility(also found in the swords icon next to the fort) with wood you make spears and with iron you make swords.
