To beat the preacher you have to go into slow-mo and while he is turning around and sliding down the aisle shoot the holy crap out of him, get it holy, pun, funny laugh!

The High Priest is only truly vulnerable when his MG08 runs out of ammo. If you are using an Action Replay with the "Lose No Ammo" cheat, you can NEVER win as his MG08 will never run out of ammo. He is probably the toughest fight in Argentina.
