Kenji can only be used in Skirmish Mode using mods and/or trainers. There are still old forums discussing methods how to achieve this, kindly use Google to find them. Take note that using mods/trainers/cheats may corrupt or ruin your game if done incorrectly so proceed at your discretion and risk.
