Why is it so long for the beanstalk beans to grow,also where do you find the missing pages of the arcane magic book and where do you find a Dreamer Tear?

The pages are spread through out the game. You come across them laying on floors, stuck to walls, etc. Just be patient

2. In Sedona shop
3. In the dirt in Dirkon
4. From a bookshelf in Ylisfar
5. From a bookshelf in Time Master Guild in Thais
6. In Dreamland
7. In the bookshelf from the oldwoods
8. Inside the magic lamp
