Is it possible to gain levels faster? Can you obtain over ninety-nine levels?

It's not really possible to gain levels faster but you could try power leveling which is basically just fighting a lot of monsters until you gain enough levels. You may want more than one person in your group for high level monsters but taking on higher levels gives you more experience points.
