Go to map and go to ethremstorm (fire realm) and do 5 quests and you get Suit Of Flame go into the hole and defeat Ssakia (you must be level 30-40)
Go to timespace (/join timespace) and kill the Astral Ephemerites. They give 400+ exp and have only 2,450 hp each.
You don't. You grind and grind and grind until you get to a high-enough level until some semi-good guild is willing to accept you. Then you grind with them to reach the level cap; after that, all you have to do is just get the items that make you look normal.
