i was about to say the same thing but with the solid addition that when amelia searches for the water the natives tell her of the inca moving the remaining water and morgan already had an alliance with the aztecs so maybe aztecs and inca cooperated to secure the water and because morgan was only thinking about preventing the circle from getting it he might have been actually crowned to be the guardian of the water + drink it to be able to live long enough to guard it so knowing this, we see him warning amelia because there was nothing he could do in his current state, i think this story might be what the developers didn't add so i'm filling the gap.

Each story is around 25 years apart, and although this is an I used to play this since grade four. If you do the math correctly, he should be about 130 years old between each act. My question is: WHERE WAS THIS GUY ALL THIS TIME?

No, he DID drink. I realized that you see him do so at the end of the campaign.

A cutscene at the end of act 1 shows him drinking a bottle of water from the fountain of youth.
